For the first time in 20 years, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is proposing stronger regulations to protect farmworkers from pesticide exposure. Until August 18th, public allies and supporters of justice for farmworkers have an opportunity to contribute to this historic moment and ensure the changes reflect positive and progressive change.

How to submit public comments to the EPA; 5 Easy Steps

1. Official public comments to the EPA can be submitted online through www.regulations.gov and by searching for the specific docket EPA-HQ-OPP-2011-0184.

2. Click on the blue Comment Now button. Type your comments in the box or upload them.

3. Click Continue and review your comments.

4. Confirm that you have read and understand your statement above.

5. Submit your comments!
